Royal Palace

Right at the center of the bangkok historic district was the royal palace. The king of thailand died in 2016 and the city was still in mourning. There were large processions of visitors paying their respects to the king while we were there. We were able to tour some parts of the royal palace but there was quite a bit that was not open too. Ronnie had to buy special clothes to cover her shoulders and knees to enter.
