Insadong

We spent the weekend in insadong with jackie and eric, where we took part in a few incredibly entertaining activities

• Drinking Makegolli
• Karaoke
• 16,000 Strands of Honey

The first part of our journey was spent riding the bus and wandering the city on our own. We explored a cool neighborhood filled with art galleries.

After meeting up with jackie and eric we set out to explore the historic hanok houses and drink makegolli. We also went to thr touristy part of this neighborhood where we got some 16,000 strands of honey candy and eventually we even met up with a friendly group of koreans who tried to help me fix a pair of broken sunglasses and also got in on a group photo.

The single most memorable activity of our trip was our late night karaoke sess.
